What you’ll learn

Most EPD orgs bought Claude Code or Cursor, saw some individual gains, and called it progress. The gap between “some of us use AI a lot” and “AI changed how our org operates” is the culture, technical readiness, and operating model work nobody invested in.

  • Your codebase isn’t ready for agents.
  • Your PMs build prototypes to nowhere.
  • Your designers can’t get their code to production.
  • Your skeptics aren’t converting.
  • And you’re supposed to have the plan.

Know where AI creates real leverage

Sort your org’s work across engineering, product, and design into what agents own, what people augment, and what stays human.

Make your codebase work with agents

Centralized agent rules, fast feedback loops, automated guardrails, and what background agents need before they open PRs on their own.

Build a culture that actually adopts

Convert skeptics with early wins, build a champion network, and make AI use visible across every function, not just engineering.

Redesign your operating model

Recalibrate timelines. Engineers as reviewers, PMs prototyping, designers shipping front-end. Rethink spec to ship when prototypes are nearly free.

Lead the hard conversations

Make the investment case to boards, skeptics, and budget owners. Decide what to start, what to stop, and how to sequence the change.

Keep it moving for 90 days

Office hours at weeks 2, 6, and 12 and a private Slack of senior peers, so the plan survives contact with your org.

I’m taking the course frameworks for AI transformation directly into my team’s 90 day roadmap.
MelSenior Director, Experience Design and Research, Aledade
Clear frameworks, strong faculty, sharp peer group, and most importantly, practical enough that I walked out with a plan for how to accelerate AI transformation in my org. Rare to find an exec course that respects your time and assumes you’re already past the 101.
Alexandre · SVP Product, Coast
The “For Thee, Not For Me” framing was the sharpest insight of the two days. The Coinbase fireside was worth the tuition on its own. I left with a delegation model I’m already using.
Collin · Senior IT Director, Great Minds PBC

Built for

  • VPs of Engineering and CTOs who need a better answer to “what’s our AI strategy?” than “we bought licenses.”
  • CPOs, VPs of Product, and design leaders leading AI adoption across the whole EPD org.
  • Staff and Principal Engineers tapped to “figure out AI,” ideally attending with a leadership counterpart.

Not for

  • Individual contributors looking for tool training
  • Leaders without org-level decision making power
  • Teams that haven’t started using AI tools at all
  • Vendor comparisons or procurement guides

Become the AI-native leader your team needs.

Frequently asked questions

01What’s the time commitment?

About 60 minutes of pre-work, two half-days live (about 3.5 hours each) plus optional Q&A, and three follow-up office hours over the next 90 days.

02I lead product or design, not engineering. Is this for me?

Yes. The course covers the whole EPD org: where AI changes PM and design work, how roles evolve, and how the spec to ship loop changes when prototypes are nearly free.

03Should I bring my team?

We recommend it. A leader (VP+) paired with a senior IC or engineering manager leaves aligned, not just inspired. Two or more seats are $2,800 each, 20% off; choose your seats before checkout. Solo attendees are welcome.

04Is this technical?

Yes. Technical readiness is covered from a leadership perspective, and we also go into the tactics of running AI inside complex codebases. Senior ICs get as much out of it as executives.

05What if we have a huge legacy codebase?

That’s exactly the context. Zach’s case is a decade-old monorepo with 100+ engineers. This course is more relevant to complex codebases than to greenfield ones.

06How is this different from a Cursor or Claude Code training?

Those teach individuals how to use a tool. This teaches leaders how to change an organization. Different problem.

07Can my company reimburse this?

Most companies cover it. Enter your work email above and we’ll give you a ready-to-send letter for your boss. Checkout issues a receipt for your records.

08I’m not in the US. What about time zones?

Sessions run 4:45 PM to 9:00 PM UTC. Every session is recorded, and you keep lifetime access.

09What’s the refund policy?

If the course isn’t right for you, email hello@cxo.dev before the end of Day 1 for a full refund.

Something else? Email hello@cxo.dev. Want this for your whole org? See private team training.

You can go way faster than you think.
