When you contact us, join our newsletter, apply to work with us, or request an AI-readiness report, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, work email, company, role, interests, message, and assessment answers. Please do not submit confidential company information that is not needed for us to respond.
We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate fit, deliver the resource or report you asked for, operate and secure the service, and keep a record of our business communications. We use newsletter information to send CXO.dev field notes. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time using the link in the message.
Service providers and retention
We use service providers to host the website, protect forms from abuse, process submissions, and deliver email. Those providers process information for these operational purposes under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information. We keep submissions for as long as they are useful for the request, our business relationship, security, or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and operational requirements. Send privacy questions or requests to hello@cxo.dev. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person it concerns.
